Refunds: We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect (proof required). We strongly recommend using a tracked and fully insured service for returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made to order pieces are non returnable unless defective.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or power failures.
