1. 1. Shipping Locations: We ship internationally, with all orders dispatched from Japan.

   3. Import Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Lloyd Contemporary is not responsible for these charges – they must be paid for by the recipient.
   
   
   4. Lost or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days providing photographs. We will work with the shipper to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for delays or losses caused by postal services.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or power failures.
